Last updated: June 3, 2026 | Effective date: June 3, 2026

Scope

These sales terms apply to products and services sold by KODFLOW to consumers and professionals through foldersflow.app or the macOS App Store.

Folders Flow is mainly distributed through Apple’s App Store. App Store transactions are subject to Apple’s terms in addition to these sales terms.

  • Publisher: KODFLOW, SASU, RCS Créteil B 902 758 887, 48 rue de la Solidarité, 94400 Vitry-sur-Seine, France

Products and services

Folders Flow is a macOS visual file-exploration app: interactive graph, folder navigation, organization, tagging, and graph view export.

The free trial lasts 14 days with full access. After the trial, the app may show a license reminder to choose a monthly plan, a lifetime purchase, or restore an existing purchase.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros including taxes. KODFLOW may change its prices at any time, with products billed at the price in force at the time of order.

App Store payment is handled by Apple Inc. KODFLOW does not access credit-card information.

Right of withdrawal

Under the French Consumer Code, the customer generally has 14 days from contract conclusion to exercise the right of withdrawal.

For digital content whose performance begins immediately after the customer’s prior express agreement, the right of withdrawal may not apply. App Store refund requests must be sent directly to Apple.

Warranties

KODFLOW applies the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects under French law.

Technical support is available by email and through online documentation.

Dispute resolution

In case of dispute, the customer may contact KODFLOW at contact@foldersflow.app to seek an amicable solution.

The customer may also use the European online dispute-resolution platform. If no amicable solution is reached, French courts will have jurisdiction.
