These terms govern use of foldersflow.app and the Folders Flow app, together referred to as the Service.
Folders Flow is a macOS file-management app that provides visual graph-based exploration.
By accessing the website or using the app, you accept these terms without reservation.

Service access
The Website is available free of charge to any user with Internet access. The Application is available on the macOS App Store at the price displayed on that platform.
- Required system: macOS 13.0 or later
- Hardware: optimized for Apple Silicon, compatible with Intel
- Internet connection required for activation and updates
Intellectual property
The Service, including structure, design, text, images, logo, and source code, is protected by intellectual-property law and belongs to KODFLOW.
KODFLOW grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install the Application on macOS devices owned or controlled by the user.
User conduct
The user undertakes to use the Service for its intended purpose, without decompiling, disassembling, bypassing protection measures, or using the Service for illegal purposes.
- Unauthorized resale or redistribution is prohibited
- Extraction to create a competing product is prohibited
- Systematic scraping is prohibited
- Activity that may damage or overload servers is prohibited
Liability limitation
KODFLOW makes efforts to ensure availability and security of the Service, without guaranteeing no interruptions, no errors, perfect compatibility with every system, or bug fixes within a specific timeframe.
The user remains responsible for backups and use of the Service.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the parties will seek an amicable solution. Failing that, French courts will have jurisdiction.
